Chop each zucchine into 1/2 cm half circles. Peel the cloves of garlic. Pour the extravirgin olive oil in the pan and stir fry the garlic cloves till they become golden brown.
Remove the garlic from the pan and add the sliced zucchine. On a high fire, let the zucchine stir fry turning them gently every now and then but making sure you move them the less possible (the more you move them the higher the risk of breaking them).
Cook them for about 10 minutes till they are golden brown then add salt, pepper, chopped parsley and serve.
