Preparation
In the mixer mash the avocado pulp (it’s vital it’s ABSOLUTELY mature or forget about preparing this recipe) with one tablespoon of icing sugar (again, it HAS to be icing or the fantastic texture of the dish will be totally ruined) and the juice of one lemon.
When the pulp is totally mashed and reduced to a cream add the vanilla ice-cream and mix together until you obtain a soft creamy ice-cream.
