Marinate the chicken breasts in 2 table spoons of tandoori masala, the cumin, the yogurth and the citric acid.
Leave to marinate overnight. Add another table spoon of tandoori masala before cooking. Cook in a very hot oven till brown and crispy (25-30 min should be enough) adding every now and then the remaining table spoon of tandoori masala.
This is my friend Nina's famous chicken tandoori recipe. I must say Nina makes the best tandoori chicken I have ever tasted even if, being vegetarian, she has never tasted it herself.
